Six Figure Chicks: Phoenix Vol. 2
Six Figure Chicks: Phoenix Vol. 2
I met Mel Carr, founder of the SFC movement, in a moment that felt like divine timing. She attended a presentation I gave and shared that she was in need of an editor. We instantly connected over our shared mission of empowering women to write their stories and step into lives they truly love. Mel’s passion for giving women a platform to speak their truth resonated deeply with me, and I was honored to be the editor of Six Figure Chicks: Phoenix Vol. 1. As my business grew over the next six months and I became a Six Figure Chick myself, Mel invited me to be not only the editor, but also an author in Vol. 2 and I jumped at the opportunity!
My Why
My "why" for sharing my story and becoming an author in this book runs deep. For years, I’ve juggled motherhood, entrepreneurship, and self-discovery—all while trying to navigate what success should look like versus what it feels like in my heart. This chapter is a piece of that journey—a vulnerable, honest reflection on the pivotal moments that helped me release what no longer served me and embrace my own creativity by building a business and life with intention.
The stories in SFC will inspire you, make you laugh, and maybe even make you cry—but more than anything, they’ll remind you that you’re not alone. Every woman featured in this book has faced her own moment(s) of truth—and has chosen to rise in her own way. Whether you're at the start of your journey or right in the messy middle, this book will speak to your soul and remind you that growth is both possible and powerful. Together we rise.
